Presales Manager


We are looking for an outstanding full-time Presales Manager to work in our Istanbul office and be responsible for drawing up customer requirements and helping them to select the correct V-Count product and service.

How do you spend one day in this position?

Reporting directly to Head of Global Support, the Pre-Sales Manager will be responsible for drawing up customer requirements and helping them to select the correct V-Count product and service. This person will be located in Istanbul and responsible for the Europe Region.

The responsibilities will include assisting with technical questions or concerns during the sales process and frequently participating in the initial portion of the project specification process. Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business. The role also includes attending meetings with sales managers and acting as a technical expert.

As a Presales Manager, this position requires a good deal of experience and skills in both sales and technical domains. In order to provide ongoing support for customers post-implementation, it’s vital to have an ability to build a network of useful relationships and effective alliances with both internal and external stakeholders.

What are we expecting from you to realize/achieve overall?

  • Provide pre-sales support including drafting presentations, demonstrations, and RFP.
  • Responses, and budget\cost estimates for customer implementations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and V-Count needs.
  • Design customer solution architecture and implementation plan.
  • If requested, provide after-sales technical support services either as a backup to implementation staff or as project personnel on a customer-specific project.

Are you matching yourself with the below requirements?

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering or information systems.
  • Minimum of 8 years of industry experience, including two or more years in sales engineering or consulting.
  • Previous experience in technology solutions.
  • English is a must, fluency in German, French or any other European language will be a big plus
  • Strong presentation skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to clearly articulate ideas at all levels of the organization are a must.
  • Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well.
  • Organized and display excellent time management skills.
  • Obsessed with continuous learning and self-development.
  • Positive, service-oriented personality.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to coordinate internal and external resources and nurture cross-functional relationships.
  • Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to implement strategic initiatives with efficiency, and professionalism and demonstrated troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial indicators to measure business performance and an ability to summarize business and financial data in a useful manner for planning and decision making
  • Ability to travel frequently.
