Pre-sales & Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Analysing RFPs and building the best solution up and creating an RFP response.
  • Working with Customer or Distributor or Salesperson to understand the request and provide solutions in different options.
  • Working with business and solution teams to understand client business objectives.
  • Maintaining positive attitude and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Training customers/distributors on V-Count software or products.
  • Training new clients/distributors to install, set up and calibrate their V-Count Products via remote connection or on-site.
  • Helping new clients to install, set up and calibrate their V-Count Products via remote connection.
  • Providing basic to moderately complex support to V-Count international customers, for V-Count products, systems and peripherals (excluding software).
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver consistent customer satisfaction

Key Qualifications

  • Similar experience up to 3-4 years.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Knowledge of Cantonese/Mandarin and Bahasa is a plus
  • Graduation from technical departments.
  • Flexibility for working hours due to clients from different time zones.
  • Strong communication skills and being extravert
  • Being a team player.
  • Diligent and solution oriented.
  • No obstacle to travel abroad.
