Deployment Project Manager

We are looking for an outstanding full-time Deployment Project Manager based in Istanbul to work remotely to own the responsibilities for managing Deployment projects successfully with partners and customers.

How do you spend one day in this position?

Deployment Project Manager works with pre-sales engineers, service coordinators and partner contacts to monitor successful progress of V-Count solution implementations and continuously updates the stakeholders of progress at executive levels.

What are we expecting from you to realize/achieve overall?

  • Deployment Project Manager ( DPM ) steps in to the process right after POC ( Proof of Concept ) stage before the shipment of the hardware,
  • DPM builds a virtual project team consisting of a presales engineer, service coordinator and support specialist assigned to the project,
  • In case of a direct customer project, DPM engages subcontractor(s) and customer contacts to be part of the project plan,
  • In case of a partner Deployment project, DPM facilitates partner resources readiness including training coordinator and a technical expert for the project,
  • DPM schedules routine project management calls with the relevant contacts to drive project to success until Go Live,
  • DPM monitors shipments, timely installations, timely accuracy assurance,data integration and customer handover steps,
  • DPM makes sure that problems during installations are solved by project team in time,
  • DPM provides regular executive summary reports to both internal and external stakeholders,
  • For managed accounts, DPM hands over the project to Service Account Manager either partially or fully after Go Live,
  • DPM targets to get the Deployment completed in acceptable time frames agreed with the customer.

Are you matching yourself with the below requirements?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology related departments,
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT hardware and software installation project management,
  • Minimum 5 years of team management experience,
  • Superior leadership skills,
  • Advanced communication, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills,
  • Fluent in written and spoken English,
  • Experience in support services delivery is a plus,
  • Project Management certification is a plus,
  • ITIL service management certification is a plus,
  • Native English or a second fluent language is a plus,
  • Experience in multinational companies is a plus.
