Can it count children accurately?
Yes. Depth-based detection counts individuals of any height, including young children, which beam-break counters at waist height systematically miss.
Can it separate groups arriving together?
Yes. 3D detection distinguishes individuals walking side by side, so a party of ten registers as ten rather than one.
Will low lighting and neon affect it?
No. Active stereo vision projects its own infrared pattern, so bowling-alley lighting, neon and blacklight have no effect.
Can we exclude staff from visitor counts?
